How to Become a Facilitator

Together, we build movements that transform lives and nations.

Becoming a facilitator involves a clear process to ensure you are equipped with the right skills, experience, and support. Below are the steps, with details for each:

PROCESS OVERVIEW

1. Attend a Pioneer Business Planting Training (PBP)

The first step is to attend a PBP-training. This foundational training equips you with the tools and knowledge to align your purpose with actionable business strategies. It’s a great way to understand the core principles of facilitation and how they apply to Kingdom business.

2. Be Part of the Training Team

After completing the PBP training, you’ll join a training team. This hands-on experience allows you to observe and assist in real training sessions. It’s an opportunity to learn facilitation techniques, engage with participants, and build confidence in leading sessions.

3. Start a Kingdom Business or Have Business Experience

To be an effective facilitator, you need practical experience. Start your own Kingdom business or demonstrate that you’ve successfully started and managed a business. This experience ensures you can relate to participants and provide real-world insights.

4. Attend a Facilitators Training

Next, attend a specialized Facilitators Training. This program focuses on developing your leadership and facilitation skills. You’ll learn how to guide discussions, manage group dynamics, and inspire others to take action.

5. Have a Coach for 6 Months

To refine your skills, work with a coach for six months. Schedule bi-weekly meetings to discuss leadership challenges, improve facilitation techniques, and receive personalized feedback. This mentorship ensures you’re continuously growing and improving.
