The goal of this project is to see a movement of disciples, leaders and churches that are sustainable and use business to extend the reach of the gospel. One of the people we trained in September 2019 to become a facilitator for Pioneer Business Planting started a project in India. Right away in October 2019, she conducted a Pioneer Business Planting consultation with 20 participants.
Right now the work has expanded to multiple places in India where we helped church planters start a trolley business and a rice and cotton farm.

Elisabeth
Elisabeth, the 10th of 11 children, grew up on a farm in the Netherlands. A job unexpectedly led her to India, where a visit to a missionary sparked her passion for missions and NGOs. After taking a sabbatical to work in India’s slums, she began questioning traditional church practices and dependency in aid. In 2019, she left her job as a coach to pursue her calling, rethinking church alongside like-minded believers. Now based in India, Elisabeth facilitates Church Planting and Pioneer Business Planting Trainings, equipping church planters to be self-sustainable and empowering communities.
Action Steps 2026
- Facilitate 2 five-day Pioneer Business Planting training and train at least 50 participants.
- Conduct 1 Facilitators Training and raise up 10 facilitators for Pioneer Business Planting.
- Our local leaders will do 2 follow up visit and coach the people that have gone through the Pioneer Business Planting training to grow their businesses.
- Facilitate discipleship training and outreaches to plant more churches in the area.
- Raise up new house church leaders and business leaders.

- 10 new house churches planted.
- 10 new leaders of house churches will be established.
- 50 people trained in Pioneer Business Planting.
- 12 new businesses started.
- 10 new local trainers of Pioneer Business Planting raised up.
