How to Work With Us

Together, we build movements that transform lives and nations.

We’re excited you want to explore working together to plant Kingdom businesses and multiply disciples through business. Here’s how we partner with teams around the world:

PROCESS OVERVIEW

1. Determine Eligibility – Are We a Good Fit?

Before we begin a project together, we want to make sure we are a good fit. Ask yourself the following questions:

  • Are you part of a group or organization that is already actively making disciples and planting simple churches—especially among neglected peoples?
We work only with existing networks of house churches that are already on mission.

  • Are you focused on reaching neglected peoples in Africa, Asia, or the Middle East?
Our calling is to serve these regions where the need and opportunity are the greatest.

  • Do you have a local team that can multiply what they learn?
We only work in places where local leaders are willing to pass on the training and coach others in their community.

  • Are you prepared for a long-term commitment?
Starting and growing Kingdom businessses takes time. Our minimum project engagement is 1–3 years.

  • Do you understand that a one-time training isn’t enough?
We don’t do “one and done.” Our projects include training, coaching, and support in setting up FaithFunds or Savings Groups. While we help guide this, we don’t provide direct funding.

If you answered yes to these questions—let’s move forward!

 2. Take the Introduction to Pioneer Business Planting

Your journey begins with the Introduction to Pioneer Business Planting, available online. This training is a teaser for the full Pioneer Business Planting Online. It consists of 11 short videos.

3. Request to Partner

When you have completed the Introduction to Pioneer Business Planting Online, fill out the Request to Partner form. This helps us understand your goals, your team, and how best we can serve you.

We’ll ask for:

  • Your organization or team details
  • Your location(s)
  • Expected number of participants (Minimum: 20, Ideal: 40–50)
  • The type of attendees (church planters, pastors, Christian entrepreneurs)
  • Your desired dates
  • Local contact person(s)

4. Let’s Meet

Once we receive your request, we’ll set up an introductory Zoom call (or in-person if possible) to start building our partnership.
This meeting is a time to:

  • Get to know each other — hear your story, your heart for ministry, and your vision for using business to expand the Kingdom.
  • Answer your questions — so you understand exactly what Pioneer Business Planting involves and how it could work in your context.
  • Clarify expectations — ensuring both sides are aligned on the commitment, process, and timeline.
  • Pray together — asking God to guide and bless the potential partnership.
  • Begin dreaming — imagining together what God might do in your community when business and discipleship work hand in hand.

By the end of this meeting, you’ll have a clear sense of whether moving forward is the right step for both of us.

5. Project Plan & Partnership

If we agree to move forward, we’ll work with you to design a 1-year project plan and a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that clearly outlines:

  • Training schedule — when and how the Pioneer Business Planting training will take place.
  • Ongoing coaching plan — how we’ll walk alongside your leaders as they begin to apply what they’ve learned.
  • Local follow-up strategy — ensuring new skills are passed on and multiplied within your community.
  • Cost outline — what are the costs of covering the training, coaching and the FaithFund (We do not provide the funds for that).

This plan ensures we both have the same vision, expectations, and timelines.
It also serves as a guide so that our efforts stay focused, measurable, and fruitful—helping to see transformation that lasts far beyond the first year.
