Who We Are

We are a global family passionate about seeing lives and communities transformed. Every day, we work alongside people from all walks of life in 48 countries. Because of that, our goal is simple: help people discover hope, purpose, and belonging through Jesus.

Whether you’re searching for meaning, looking to make a difference, or longing for community, you are welcome here.

Vision

We dream of a world where Jesus is worshiped by every people group. This vision shapes everything we do.

Mission

To make disciples and train leaders who ignite church planting movements among the neglected peoples of the earth.

Our Values

What shapes how we work

Five commitments that shape how we live, lead and work together.

  1. We are a joyful global family.

Although we are also an organization, we are first and foremost family. We celebrate our diversity in culture, language, and appearance, and we cooperate with brothers and sisters both inside and outside ANI who love Jesus.

  2. We treat each other graciously and generously.

We honor one another in accordance with the biblical mandate to love one another, celebrating successes, walking through challenges together, and considering others as better than ourselves.

  3. We work hard and with excellence.

We diligently steward the gifts God has given us and seek opportunities to learn and improve, through experts, experience, one another, and the voice of the Holy Spirit.

  4. We are servant leaders.

Leaders in the All Nations Network empower others, put others first, and are willing to give their lives for the flock. Servant leaders trust reliable colleagues without micro-managing them.

  5. We take a chance in relationships.

We believe in a God of restoration and second chances, and we give opportunity to those who have experienced painful pasts, been overlooked, or are young in the Lord.

Our Organizational Structure

Global Leadership

All Nations International is a registered 501(c)(3) NGO in the USA. It is led by an International Leadership Team (ILT) that guides, guards, and governs our global family:

  • Dr. Mary Ho (USA)
  • Dr. Juergen Kramer (Germany)
  • Elizabeth Chen (Taiwan)
  • Wilson Namuwoza (Uganda)
  • Sally McClung (South Africa)
  • Jonathan Nolan (The Netherlands)

Our four hubs

We initiate our work worldwide from four main hubs. From these locations, teams mobilize churches and workers, support missionary activity, and help plant new churches:

  • Cape Town, South Africa
  • Kampala, Uganda
  • Hamburg, Germany
  • Tainan, Taiwan

Each hub is self-sufficient, with its own team of workers and church planters. In addition, hub teams maintain close relationships with local churches and regional networks.

Our Netherlands foundation (ANBI)

In the Netherlands, Stichting All Nations Nederland (ANBI) was established in 2016. This NGO is our legal representative in the Netherlands and reports to the ILT. In particular, the Dutch ANBI supports the Business for Movements project and helps with fundraising in the Netherlands and Europe.
