Two goats, one shop, seventy on Friday

Loserian · Naalarami, Tanzania

Three years ago, Loserian Simon Mollel walked from region to region selling shoes and belts, earning about $2 on a bad day. In September 2024 he sold two goats and opened a small shop in Naalarami. After the Pioneer Business Planting training in June 2025, he writes down every item he buys and sells.

“I used to think that I am the boss. But now I have realised that God is the boss of my business, and through the business I can get my salary.”

Today he serves 25 to 30 customers a day and shares Jesus across his counter. Every Friday, seventy of his neighbours gather as a church, and three friends his age have started businesses after watching him.

Every facilitator we equip joins a team of 3. Each team runs 3 trainings a year with 50 people each, reaching 150 people with Pioneer Business Planting. Across 33 teams, about 5,000 people are trained in a single year, resulting in around 1,000 new Kingdom businesses that provide for families and fuel Disciple Making Movements.
