Testimonials
"My name is Vitoria Hassan Nameno, and I am from Nampula. I am incredibly grateful for the training I received. The sessions were truly enlightening. I learned so much about business, and I give thanks to God for this knowledge. The first key lesson I learned is the importance of prayer in business. Seeking God's guidance is essential for success. Secondly, the power of vision became clear to me. Even with limited resources, a strong vision can propel us forward. This training has instilled in me a belief in my own potential. Now, I approach each day with determination, even when facing challenges. I am deeply thankful to the trainers for sharing their wisdom. May God continue to bless All Nations Business for Movements abundantly."

"Attending the Pioneer Business Planting training was an impactful experience for me being able to work with a group of both simple and intelligent individuals has been a blessing that I thank God for. The lessons learned are not just for personal growth; they have equipped me to train and guide others. As a pastor, I am excited to apply this newfound knowledge to help my team grow their businesses. I am confident that the ripple effect of our training will extend to positively impact business and church planting."

"I have opened my mind to selling and starting a business. I pray first and I don’t separate business and church. I also plan and research products or services that people don’t have in the community. What would they like to have? In business, we must love our customers, and gradually, we can start sharing the words of God with them. We must have a brand to see and if we get some profit and then order the product again. More importantly, separate the money of the business and our salary. We can also invest the profit to grow more and remember not to use the business money for personal expenses."

"We must know the difference between a Christian and a worldly leader. Do not mix money from business and church. The money belongs to the business, tithe belongs to the church. We need to divide it smartly to pay back loans. If we manage the business well, we can create more jobs and opportunities for other people to grow. All these, you can learn from the Bible."

"A believer can do business and evangelize in the business at the same time. A leader in the church shouldn’t only depend on the tithes, instead it is better to do something to start a sustainable business and spread the word of God. In doing a business there is a difference between a boss and a leader. A boss manages and dictates. Good leaders not only motivate and inspire the team to perform their best, but they are also part of the team themselves."

"I learned about 5 steps that we have to solve problems in business: I pray first for everything I do. Secondly, I use my experience and thirdly I ask for wise council. I also examine and do research and as the final step I make a decision. Lastly, I also learned I need to have a plan for planting churches and businesses."

"Paul shared in 1 Cor 3:6-9 : Paul planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God made it grow. Thus, neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything at all, but only God, who makes things grow. The man who plants and the man who waters have one goal, and each will be rewarded according to his labor. Blessed is a man who glorifies God in his business. For the business to grow, we have to work together and glorify God as the Owner of the business. There are many ways how we make a business more powerful. One is your dedication to your craft and being helpful to others. One example of a strategy we can apply is having a good appearance because it is also one way to attract customers. About finances I learned that my salary of my business should be the same amount of my personal budget. Do not use your personal money for the business budget."

"I learned that we have to work with love. If we don’t have love, then our work is nothing. I also learned that we have to pray first for everything that we do, just like when we go to the farm, we prepare the soil first. How we start dictates how we finish our day-to-day lives. In doing business, we cannot just use the money for ourselves like spending on our family. "

"I learned not to sell alcohol, drugs, and cigarettes because these destroy people. I treat my customers well and make sure that I am active in sales in my shop because customers might leave. I go to church to pray and glorify God."

"Before I became a pastor, I was a businessman but I left it. I realized that we should not run away from the business. Searching for a place that doesn’t have a product is a good insight to start a business and maybe we can find some funds to start it. Psalm 37:21 The wicked borrow and do not repay, but the righteous give generously. We need to pay back everything we borrowed. If we don’t, then let us return the certificate. For the Church of Christ to fulfill its task, each church must have a field to plant; a garden that belongs to the church. We can buy a motorcycle with the money to travel long distances to lead worship. Through this, the church will grow and evangelize. Each one has started their own business. When you do business, you generate an income and by engaging in a business, you can help others too. Now, a huge responsibility is on me to teach others. Success comes from your mind! Don’t think you are poor! There is support along the way like one brother might help in the administration of the business e.g. overseeing the secretary and helping with bookkeeping. These lessons are a powerful tool to make the Pioneer Business Planting and church planting a success! And allowing every business to become the instrument of God to spread his words while helping the people to become self-sustainable!"

"Praise The Lord! I am very thankful for this opportunity to have attended the Pioneer Business Planting training. The training was meant for me because it made me realize that I had been a frozen man. I have resources when I can say my position shows that I am not poor. Now that I gained knowledge from the training, it gives me power. Until now, many of our people suffer from a lack of knowledge. Those who are very poor are unable to attend. Sadly, they missed this event. I pray that every one of us who attended the PBP will apply the gained knowledge. I pray all of us will plan properly. I hope that team All Nations Business For Movements will come back again. I can be empowered more by their teaching. The next time they come back, they will find me richer than today. It is because I have attended this very important and beneficial training."

"I like to encourage everyone to do business. Engaging into business is not simple. Pioneer Business Planting training taught us that business is about planting businesses and spreading God’s word. We are not doing business without God’s word, if we do without it, then we are not in business. I learned not to go too much in the business and forget about the cost. We should be careful. I will apply the things i learned from this training in my life. I also encourage those who were not able to come, we can teach you, so please come! Praise the Lord!"

"I am very thankful to have come to this training. Learning through pictures helped me understand easily. Through my mini-grocery business, I have learned how I can work for God's kingdom. I want to go back to my community and teach this to others. The main lesson of my life is that "It is not the planter or the waterer or anything, but God who gives the increase." I am thankful to this team for giving me the opportunity to learn so well."

"I run a small pharmacy, and this training has been immensely beneficial. Learning how to handle spiritual warfare, center Christ in my business, and make disciples through business plans has been transformative. I am eager to apply this knowledge in my work."
